Kingdom of Crystal (Glasriket) with Göran Wärff
Molten magic of contemporary glass blowing - 24th November 2004As a leading UK designer glassware store, Pyramid celebrated the start of the festive period with the only UK visit of Sweden's Kingdom of Crystal event, recreating a fully working glass studio where a team including glassblowers, glass painter and glass etcher created new glass designs that reflected the design of numerous artisan studios located in the crystal making regions of Sweden.
To make this occasion even more special, we were also accompanied by Göran Wärff, the longest serving designer from Kosta Boda a master in the field of Swedish glass design.
