Returns Policy

Damaged Goods

In the event that your product is damaged in transit please contact us immediately within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods. You can contact us either by e-mail damaged@pyramid-glass.co.uk, in writing at the address below, by fax (01244 4000 83) or by phone (01244 400 389). In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed.

Responsibility can not be accepted for damage goods after this period.

Returns and Exchange

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, items may be returned with a completed returns form to us in their original condition* and packaging within 28 days of receipt, for an exchange only. On receipt of the unused products we will issue the exchange product or a credit note (voucher) for the purchased amount (this will not include the cost of delivery). Please include a copy of the original receipt and a fully completed returns note. Send this all to us at the address below in its original packaging

Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures the parcel is signed for and insures the value of goods you are returning. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Discount codes, vouchers & free gifts

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. If you have received a free gift based on the value of your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for this.

* We are unable to accept any returns that have evidence that the items have been used.
